inal print size and file output for this should be 20 inches wide by 20 inches tall. The only customizable area on this product should be at the bottom location as shown, and customer should only be able to type their name in that location. I tried the customify editor, and it allowed me to create that arch shape to add text, but we want to make sure that once we set that arc area, the customer should not have any customization ability such as changing font or color choices..just one font and color that we specify, and can only add their text in that exact location and shape.
